Founder & CEO
Soren builds the systems behind the systems. Since joining LoenBro's 2026 internship program, and now as a part-time engineer there, he has worked on backend software and AI integration for a large team building AI data center construction warehouses across Dallas–Fort Worth.
His integration plans have taken him deep into production code in C++ and Python, and through the harder part that comes after: launching program services inside a multi-billion-dollar company and keeping them running. He founded Okanos to bring that same engineering discipline to businesses of every size.

Dodge helped prove that AI belongs inside a company the size of SRAM, a global leader in the outdoor and cycling industry that hadn't been an obvious place for it. As one of the founding members of that effort, he built AI infrastructure and in-house tools that SRAM's teams still rely on every day.
That work turned AI from an experiment into everyday infrastructure: automating recurring reporting, and training colleagues across SRAM's offices worldwide to put it to use. At Okanos he runs operations, making sure what we build gets adopted, not just delivered.
